Draft Tournament, future events & more

Update

Welcome back!

Welcome back in the new year!

We hope everyone had an awesome New Years, and made some big resolutions to get good at NS2. We at the NSL have some great events planned for 2020, and below we will list the first tournaments of the year.

Upcoming Events

Draft Tournament

We will be hosting a draft tournament on January 11. This event will start on Saturday, January 11 at: 08:00 PST / 11:00 EST / 16:00 GMT / 17:00 CET

For those new to the NSL, a draft tournament is an event in which players sign up and will be sorted onto teams by the admins. These teams will then compete in a round robin format, resulting in a lot of fun games! This is a great way for newer players to meet other members to potentially form a team with, or simply to have fun and enjoy some competitive NS2.

Signups can be found here

Please note that for practical reasons signups end on Friday, January 10th at: 08:00 PST / 11:00 EST / 16:00 GMT / 17:00 CET

Also keep an eye out on Discord. If we do not have a minimum of 12 players who signed up, the draft will be cancelled.

Season 16

Also a quick reminder that the projected start of Season 16 is January 19th, with group play ending on February 23rd. The playoffs are scheduled to end March 8th. While the dates may still be subject to change, we mention them so everyone has a idea around which timeframe the season will be.

Signups are currently open for Season 16!

Future events

We will be hosting more Grand Open Tournaments with prizes in the future, so stay tuned for announcements! These are planned to be hosted after the conclusion of Season 16, as was the case after Season 15.

As well, we have some other great events in the works which will be announced as time permits. Something of which is long overdue for NS2...
