Last season I was a sub for Flightless Lerks. Looks like they're moving up to div 2. I'd like to stick around in div 3 and get some more experience.

This guy can do multiple things to help his team: lerk, fade, shoots well, great teammate. This guy in my opinion could play in division 2, but not having a ton of comp experience makes sense why he wants to work his way up. Get this guy while you still can.

This guy is really solid, will definitely be a good addition to any div 2/3 team. He was only a backup for our team because our 2 main lerks were slightly better. He communicates well and coordinates well with the team.

you just have potential in div2. shouldnt be playing div3 this season. div3 is new div4 div2 is new div3 div1 is prem div getrekt

Go div 2 and join potent. We would love to have you. Always had a good experience in pubs with you.
No reason you need to stay in div 3.
