Can we make it at least an option to have res income as a handi-cap option? Instead of nerfing damage, we make res come in at slower rates, like 8 seconds per tick, or 10 seconds per tick. I think this is more practical than nerfing damage and changing the dynamics of how aliens engage.

Lowering aliens damage is quite bad imo. I think better idea would be to give buff to marines, so aliens still need to be caruful but won't get outmeded.

I think they should change the handicap applying to structures as well, make it player damage only.

Keep in mind its a feature for pcws against weaker teams. I don't think its necessary to blow it up with stuff like that. Only means more work for dragon and more code that needs to be maintained.
Also scaling the damage is a simple thing to do, but distinguishing between p-dmg, s-dmg, and welder might be a lot of work.
