Arena style map. Both teams start in isolated areas, each with a one way "warp pipe" into the arena.

From in this arena, marines can weld their way into the alien hive rooms, and the aliens can smash their way into the marine base.

Each team must defend their own base from invasion, while sending strike forces to the enemy base.
