dm_bast, created by Ryan "Belgarion" Butz, based on "ns_bast" by Kevin "Relic25" Roberts for "Natural Selection", a Half-Life mod. Construction time: 9 days (including beta testing) Compile time: aproximately 25 minutes Compile PC: Athlon 2400+ (133fsb), 768 Megs PC2100 RAM Interesting notes: The map has 2450 brushes, 167 cubemaps, 60 unique textures totaling almost 28 megs, and takes up over 60 megs of RAM while loaded in VHE. This started because of a small contest in the NS mapping forum, in which people were asked to recreate a small section of an official map in Source. Search "sourceified" in the NS forums if you want to see it.
